On January 23, 2020, Holly Energy Partners, L.P. (the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing the declaration of its quarterly distribution of $0.6725 per unit for the fourth quarter of 2019 and providing 2020 distribution and coverage guidance. Holly Energy Partners Announces Quarterly Distribution
DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Holly Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE:HEP) has declared a cash distribution of $0.6725 per unit for the fourth quarter of 2019. The distribution will be paid on February 13, 2020 to unitholders of record on February 3, 2020.
In 2020, HEP expects to hold the quarterly distribution constant at $0.6725 per unit, or $2.69 on an annualized basis. HEP also expects distribution coverage to average 1.0x for the full year of 2020.
Holly Energy plans to announce results for its fourth quarter of 2019 on February 19, 2020 before the opening of trading on the NYSE. The Partnership has scheduled a webcast conference on February 19, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern time to discuss financial results.
